My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room was not ready upon check-in, which was a bit inconvenient, but it had a nice balcony and a very comfortable bed. The staff, though, needed to inform us about the room status before our arrival.

The hotel offers a clean and well-organized stay, with extremely small old rooms and broken sanitary in the bathroom. The service is accommodating and friendly, especially with named staff members. The location provides a good experience, with a shuttle service to the metro and a desert-like ambiance. The dining options may not meet everyone's taste, with limited selections for the price paid.

The hotel rooms seemed outdated and too small, despite follow-up for drinking water bottles, which unfortunately didn't accommodate us well. The service was extremely attentive and proffered great advice, but the check-in attitude was disappointing. The location meant it was peaceful at night with a free daily shuttle to nearby attractions, although a bit far from downtown Dubai. The dining experience was delicious, and the staff was very good, even if the options were somewhat limited. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
